United Aviate Academy is now accepting applications

Big news: We’re now accepting applications for the first classes at United Aviate Academy.

Last year, we announced that as a part of Aviate, United would become the only major U.S. airline to own and operate a flight training academy. Today, we’re excited to begin accepting applications for United Aviate Academy with a new diversity initiative and plan to have at least 50% of the students be women and people of color.

We’ve been on a mission to inspire and develop the next generation of diverse and talented United pilots, and we recognize our promise is only as strong as the connections we keep. Through our vast partnerships, now including three new Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), we’re one step closer to reaching our goal.
