Growing up with his pilot father, Ben V. always wanted to become one too. Living in several different countries throughout his life, he always loved flying and the thrill of arriving at new destinations.

Ben earned his Commercial Pilot License in Australia, flying charter off the islands of Queensland. He then came to the United States and flew with CommuteAir, one of Aviate’s United Express Carrier partners, out of EWR, IAH and DEN. While flying at CommuteAir, Ben applied to the Aviate program to fulfill his dream of becoming a United pilot.

“United was my dream airline and has the best international footprint,” Ben shared.
