Wade H’s passion to become a pilot ignited at age 12 when he flew on a 172 aircraft with his grandfather’s friend.

While completing his flight ratings, Wade was a Certified Flight Instructor in South Dakota and then flew with one of our Aviate United Express carrier partners. Wade recently transitioned to United as a Chicago (ORD)-based B737 First Officer.

“I knew from a young age I wanted to fly for United and Aviate was one of the best ways to make it there,” Wade shared.
