We’re excited to share the Aviate Team will be at the RTAG National Convention this Saturday, October 23 and Sunday, October 24 in San Diego!

RTAG is the largest veteran to aviation charity in the world, and the only one that connects military service pilots, maintenance technicians, and other highly qualified veterans with the airline industry.

Aviate Career Booth

Are you an aspiring pilot or looking for more information about a career in aviation? Stop by our booth to meet with members of our team and learn more about United’s pilot career development program, Aviate, and how it might be a good fit for you and your future.

If you are currently eligible and ready to apply to United as a First Officer, there will also be a booth for those who are best suited for our “traditional pilot hiring” route. The United pilot hiring team will be there to answer any questions you have, talk through the interview and hiring process, and share their own experiences.

Breakout Session – Aviate & United Pilot Hiring

If you are interested in a career as a United pilot or learning more about our hiring process, be sure to join us for a breakout session with Susan White, Senior Manager of Pilot Hiring Programs. She'll discuss more about Aviate and United pilot hiring, our plan to bring in over 10,000 pilots by the end of the decade, and what the journey to a United flight deck could look like for you.

The session will be taking place from 2:10 – 3:10 p.m. (PDT).
