Inaugural Aviate participant event in Denver recap

Last month, we hosted our inaugural Aviate participant event in Denver at United’s Flight Training Center (FTC), which provided participants with the opportunity to come together to celebrate their progress in their pilot journeys and learn more about what awaits them at United.
We kicked off the two-day event with a welcome from United leadership, a guided tour (including a sneak peek into the $100 million expansion), simulator time and a breakout session that took a deeper dive into what the first 90 days look like for a new United pilot. We ended the day with a social hour for participants to connect more with each other and the United team.
Day two was spent at Denver International Airport, consisting of a behind-the-scenes tour that gave a glimpse into United’s airport operations and what it takes to run a successful major airline.
This participant event was the first of many, and we can’t wait for the next one!
