On Friday, September 19, the United team will attend the LPA Latin Aerospace Industry Expo 2025 in Orlando, FL as the Impact level sponsor. Aviation professionals will have the chance to network with colleagues across the industry, learn about United’s pilot hiring, Aviate program, and United Aviate Academy (UAA) pathways and hear from notable speakers – all within this one-day event.

United Pilot Hiring Industry Brief

In this session, interested applicants can learn how to apply to United, the various ways to become a United pilot (including the Aviate program!), what can make them a competitive applicant and what life is like as a United Airlines pilot. There will also be time for Q&A, so come with any questions.
