Women’s History Month Profile: Dana Donati

United Aviate Academy (UAA) CEO Dana Donati took her passion for aviation from the flight deck to the classroom when she discovered she could have just as much of an impact on people through education.

“As long as you’re working hard, you’ll see progress,” explained Dana.

Dana is working hard to pave the way for women in aviation and provide the support they need to train to be excellent pilots. She wants to make sure they are safe and knowledgeable, and that they don’t have to navigate this industry alone.
